We are experiencing everyday how prayer can help us build a relationship with God and maintain a strong Christian life. The biblical verses below have assured us that he listens and he answers our prayers:

 

And I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Luke 11: 9

 

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3: 20

 

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thess. 5: 16-18.

 

May my mediation be pleasing to him as I rejoice in the lord! Psalm 104: 34.

 

Prayer is a conversation with God. Jeremiah 29:12, 13

 

God wants to hear from his children because he loves us.

 

God is never asleep or too busy to listen. There is never a bad connection or a bad time. You never get a busy signal or voice mail, or get put on hold. You have unlimited free minutes and hours. So no excuses!

 

Come near to God and he will come near to you. James. 4: 8
